Coop Eating

Cooper loves these squeeze tube baby foods. I think they are the best invention. I wish they would have had them for my other kids. He just sucks his lunch right out, not a lot of mess, and it is pretty quick. No fighting with the spoon, I think it makes him feel like a big boy already.

Christmas Gifts

Kya and Jackson's good friend Taylor came over and gave them an early Christmas present. Jack got a matching sweatshirt and scarf like Taylor's and Kya got little mermaid pj's. Thanks Taylor. You are such a nice friend.

Jackson's Christmas Play

Jackson had a Christmas play at school. He was a hound dog and they did a lot of howling. Mom, Dad, Cooper, and Kya all thing Jack did a super job. We love you.

The church had a Christmas Dinner and Santa came. The kids got to sit on Santa's lap for a candy cane.

Daddy and Cooper

Jared likes to say that Cooper looks like him, but the only real resemblance I can see is that they have the same beady little eyes. Cooper looks so much like Jackson. He is super sweet.

Kya Swim

It may be the middle of winter, but Kya loves to be in her swim suit. When dad says he is getting in the hot tub she is the first one to be ready to go out. She made me smile in this.

Jackson Turns 7

Jackson is growing up so fast, can't believe he is 7 and gone all day to school in first grade. He is a great person. I am so happy he is my son. For his birthday we went to Hop 2 It with a couple of his friends Ethan, and Noland. We also ate this yummy chocolate cake with some vanilla ice cream. He got a new Wii game, and nerf gun.

RC Boys

Jared and Jackson love to work and race their RC cars. It is fun to see them enjoying that together.

Railroad Tracks

The Staker cousins and us went to Grandpa Vaughns, and we put pennies in the railroad tracks to get smashed. The kids have so much fun together. These are some cute pictures on the tracks.

Baby Cooper

Cooper James Hobson was born Friday June 10, 2011 at the new St.Lukes Magic Valley Regional hospital in Twin Falls, Idaho. Weighing in at 7 lbs. 11 oz. and 21 inches long. Grandma DeeAnn and Dad were there and Kya and Jack stayed and the Hamiltons. I went into labor on my own, and I had been praying for that to happen. I was at the Friday movies with the kids and our friends Stacy and Taylor when I started timing my contractions and noticed they were pretty regular. I called my mom and told her what was happening. When the movie was over Jared and I headed to the hospital. The labor was just about 4 hours and only a few pushes. So glad he got here healthy. The cord had been wrapped around his neck a couple of times, so he looked a lot bluer than my other kids. But it was nice to have him lay on my tummy for a while before they took him away to do all the doctor checks. I feel so grateful to have him. We love you Baby Cooper.

Easter 2011

Jack, Kya, and I went with the Higley's to the CSI easter egg hunt. It was fun. They had face painting, a cake walk, flower planting, and the hunt. The kids even got to see the Easter bunny.

Jackson Citizen of the month

Each month at school one student in the classroom is given the student of the month award. Jackson received it this month in Mrs. Chonajsky's kindergarten class for helping to keep the classroom clean and showing his good manners. You are AWESOME Jackson.

All I want for Christmas is my 2 front teeth

Jack is starting to loose his baby teeth. And he has a big hole right now because he has lost both of his front teeth.
